So every now and then I like to challenge myself, in terns of some adventure activity or treks or overloading expeditions I like to do all.
This time in my birthday month I decided to go on a trek which is the most beautiful trek of Uttarakhand the Valley of Flower National park.

Valley of Flowers National Park is an Indian national park which was established in 1982. It is located in Chamoli in the state of Uttarakhand and is known for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora.
How long the trek is?
Start from base camp Pulana To Ghaghariya- 10KM
Trek to Valley Of Flowers and back to Ghangaria: 8 Km - 6/8 hours.
How Difficult the trek is?
The difficulty level of the Valley of Flowers Trek is moderate, which requires you to be in good shape. We even recommend this trek to first-timers, but only those who are fit and adequately prepared
Can we go Valley of Flowers without trek?
As compared to many other treks, Valley of Flowers do offer you option between trekking or using helicopter. There is a helicopter service from Govind Ghat to Ghangaria. Helicopter will drop you at helipad ground at Ghangaria. However, from Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers you need to trek only- no other option!
