Even if I cap my fps lower, I never get it stable although i get minimum 400 fps each map, I even tried capping it at 100 , 200 and 300 and it always dips a bit below , even though I dont drop below 350 uncapped

Try logging a swift play (so you don’t lose performance in a comp) so you can go and review temps, frequencies, and check your peak, average, and low FPS. I’m guessing you either have high (240hz or more) refresh or you are overclocking, dipping, overheating. A lot can be going on. I play on a laptop cause I travel a lot for work so I’m always researching for temperature/performance tips. They are out there, I promise!

boys i am not kidding when i say my game to render latency is around a constant 1719295016960ms... what can i do to fix this ?? my game constantly has a "network problem" in the top right when it says i have 30 ping, and i was wondering if it had something to do with this ?

i also have this issue, apparently its a NVidia bug its not that high. Install 552.44 version of the driver if you want top see the true number if your not bothered its not showing correctly

You can try custom power plans aswell, I see more performance out of home performance mode or razer cortex power plan than the normal ultra performance or performance mode

I just bought Arc A750 and it's not giving proper fps. As i have checked online, it says that it should give at least 200+ FPS in rainbow six siege and valorant on medium settings but mine just keeps on dropping to 90 FPS then go straight to 150 and drops again. It's just getting frustrating. Please help. I have also turned on resizable bar . and fps keeps on dropping after updates in Fortnite and Valo.

Depends on if you are already over clocking GPU/CPU and if they can handle more. For instance, regular power and reflex on, I’m 140-180 FPS. Regular power and Boost, 200-240. High power and boost, it goes crazy from 180-320 depending on heat, in game moments, connection, etc. High power to CPU/GPU with Reflex on just ON is best for me, it with low of around 220 and peak of about 280.

How did you get Valorant to use 99% of your GPU? This directly interferes with the performance of nvidia reflex on + boost. In my case, the GPU does not exceed 20% usage, my card is an RTX3060ti.

Next video idea. I recently updated my drivers and turned on threaded optimization. I used to leave it on auto because it says in the description it's for more than one cpu. So I thought it wouldn't matter. In Helldivers, I was optimizing for lower cpu usage. Such as running the game at 1440p & supersampled. Witch was working. But I turned it on just to see what would happen since I have an 9900k. It increased my cpu usage. I'm prob going to turn it off since it did increase cpu usage. But the game feels better, prob placebo. But I really thought it did nothing since I have one cpu😂. But no, it was using more cores and threads with it on. I also restarted the pc after switching it on to make sure the setting worked.

Its usually a bug with tabbing out, try hitting alt+enter to change full screen modes whilst you test

I have this weird thing where I dont have a cap set, but my fps stays at a constant 178 FPS as if there is a cap. Only happened when I upgraded my GPU and my monitor to 1440p at 180hz from 1080 at 165hz. Havent seen much on reddit about it, so idk if you got a solution for it.

lower anisthrophic filtering and anti aliasing makes it harder to see the enemy in long ranged. This is so bad if your priority is fps only.
