input spoofing would get you banned. you wouldn't normally be able to use a mouse and keyboard you need a third party app for that

Here's a grabber idea for deadlock, so when you throw it and it hits someone they'll still be crouched but over time they take damage and on impact they take a significant amount of damage however much you want.

How much can you tweak the aim assist? Like in Overwatch you can tweak the aim assist windows size, strength and ease in, is there something like that? Good luck, look at CS. Imo with the angles and how Valorant normally play with snappy aim to deal with multiple angles I don't think it'll go over well. Could have came out with a replay system, reworked agents that are falling behind, changing maps for the better (unlike the breeze changes), etc. Generally devs moving forward is good not splitting devs up on console and PC which would possibly delay content.

The accounts are cross progression, but you won't be able to play with them. So any friends you have on pc will stay, you just can't play with them if they're on pc and you too

You can use software which translates your keyboard and mouse inputs into controller inputs, so the console and game think you are using a controller.
