In this video we compare two northern suburbs in Perth, Western Australia - Osborne Park and Mount Hawthorn. Both suburbs are close to the city, have cafe strips and are located next to each other.
One suburb is full of beautiful heritage homes with a median price over AUD 1 million and the other has older homes that are on much larger blocks and offers better value for money with the a difference in median price of AUD 580,000.

Yes - they both have great advantages. Mount Hawthorn is the better looking suburb though.

The car is a Daimler DS420 Limo. I’m pretty sure the Queen of England used to be driven around in one of those when she visited Australia and NZ😂

I love Heritage, don't like Ozzie Park. Prefer Balcatta.

Balcatta was a nice suburb which we did a video on. Mount Hawthorn was definitely nicer than Ozzie Park.
