Demons are way worse than humans so she has every right to be cruel to something that’s just as if not more cruel to innocent humans, also just because she wanted to kill nezuko DOES NOT mean she would torture her as I highly doubt Kagaya would allow such a thing to happen when there was no animosity from Nezuko. Y’all make Shinobu sound worse than she really is, she just teases Giyu like a friend does, Giyu himself has said he doesn’t mind Shinobu’s presence just gets a little annoyed at her constant teasing as friends do.
