great job !!! I love that you wiped down the covers when you were finished , shows you care about what you do and take pride in your work! ive watched several videos on this and taking out the fuel rail to clean injectors, youre the only one to do that simple step. Im all finished with everything except plugs, new ones and coil packs arriving today. I appreciate the torque value on the plugs, i didn't know that and no one else listed it

I just removed mine in order to replace the gasket and spark plugs but I also did a wrinkle black paint job on the valve cover so it's going to be ultra stressful putting it back on.

Let it completely dry first and use nitrile gloves when you handel it.

Does this car it have a VVT solenoid?

Yes, it should have 2. 1 exhaust and 1 intake.

@salvadorb706 you know, I cant find them in ProDemand/Mitchell. It only shows the 2.4l and theyre in the valve cover. You might need to call the dealer on this one. Sorry.

@@salvadorb706the 2009-2010 2.2's have them. The earlier 2.2's do not. All 2.4's have them, though.
