For the ladder grip, get skateboard grip tape, super sticky and you can cut it down any size.

Thanks for the great information and ideas. I'm seriously thinking about getting one. If you want a bathroom, 4x4, and a lifting bed, this is one of the best sprinter options out there. Is there anyway you could post the measurements of your garage bench / storage seat? Also, any ideas on how to treat the gaping hole left after removing the panel? Thanks again. T

@Last Line Of Defense alright brotha, 10/10 on the vid. I had called Canyon about their floor coverings they have for the Revel and if they fit for the Terrain as well as their garage setup. They had told me that they can work with me on a custom job. Pretty cool you have the Cabunk, I had seen that being used by UK based Sprinter owners. I might grab that inflatable system for the front area for my wife to sleep up front, kids on main bed and me under the bed. Hopefully it won't be super hot in the summer even with the AC on. That cold battery issue is a little bit of a problem but I'm hoping Jayco comes up with a solution. It's cold up here in Canada.

I see them for 152k. Motorhomes aren’t like cars. 25-40% discounts can be had. Yes, it’s still expensive, but the msrp is a bs with motorhomes. Don’t pay it…nothing even close to it.

Hey Mike, love the new rig! I was wondering if you like the Jayco better than the Revel, I know you’ve been in Talons Revel and wanted to know what you like better. I know they’re similar and Talons is the “old” style sprinter body but they’re still very close. I’m looking at getting either a Rebel or a Jayco Terrain/Enterga Launch (which are identical and made by Jayco. The new Revels are SO expensive and I like the awning style windows a bit more but the Jayco/Entegra both have lithium, light bar and ARB air compressor already installed which are really nice to have. I really dislike the rear passenger seats and if I were to get a Terrain/Launch I’d take those seats out and build something more like the Revel. Anyways, love the rig and the wrap is AWESOME! That wrap is probably super expensive so even though I’d love to have a wrap like that it’s be too expensive for me just for aesthetics. 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

They’re very similar - some things I like in the Revel better, and some things I like in the Terrain better. The Terrain has a much, much better electrical / battery system, and some other notable upgrades over the revel, like the suspension. Overall the Terrain is a better vehicle as they roll off the Dealership lot.

What is the shower/toilet situation on this one? The previous van had it all at the back. I assume it is in the door behind the power panel area. Just curious which set-up you like better.

Stumped to see US camper-vans don’t come with integrated blinds for windscreens and front windows. European vans have had blinds in most of their vans - including Sprinters, RAM Promasters/Ducato.

It's basically the biggest, most powerful battery in any van that you'll find. It can make many, many meals on that microwave.

@@FEARNoMore te revel has 250 ah the terrain has 10.2 kw that’s 4x as much as the revel…you can run the AC on high for 10 + hrs straight

Hey awesome show! Had a question. I have a 3rd gen tacoma crew cab short bed. Raised it back in 2018. All they did was stick aluminum blocks in the back, new fox shocks all around, and a spacer in the front. No reservoirs. Not too long after I noticed a wobble in the front. Balanced and put them in the rear for quick fix. Now for about 1/2 a year I’m noticing a wobbling in the rear. Any suggestions how to fix this? Do I need a new set up? I am looking to go higher and bigger wheels. Currently 2.75” leveled and with 17” wheels. Hope you can help ASAP cause I have my 2 young ones in the back. Need a safer vehicle for them😬👍🏼. THANKS!

@@LastLineOfDefense yes, and they did balance both front tires. They installed 6+ oz of weights, which they stated was a lot even for a truck. Again, they put them in the back and now they are causing what I can only describe as a humming wave like vibration. So sorry not really wobbling? Increases as I speed up on the highways. It’s been like this for a while. Anyway, I might just get a hole new set up. Thinking of 4-6” lift, control arms, 33-34” tires and new leaf system, but man I’m gonna be drained. Any suggestion how much I should pay for all this including labor? Thanks again for getting back to me!

Nice tour of the bumper fab manufacturing. I’m actually a packaging Engineer. Let me know if your buddies ever need a molded foam solution. I just designed a foam set for a bed rack for a company. They loved the functionality and aesthetics. Did a ship test to Utah with no damage whatsoever. So yah let me know if your connections ever need a packaging solution. I can send you 3D images too if you need.

Don’t add sandpaper to the ladder. Use skateboard grip tape. Dead cheap and lasts for years and years..
