R. Van der Dussen played the match winning knock for South Africa. Joe Root tried his best but it was not good enough to lead England winning this ODI. Thank you Ben Stokes for your overall all rounder contributions to the ODI cricket.

Yes what a player... Has done amazing for his team.. But he's probably the reason England lost.. Just look at how he got out trying to reverse sweep and poor bowling.. His mind just was focused on retiring.. Like why the heck did he play this match at all.. Makes no sense.. Wanted a farewell? Well ok what a farewell

@@faisalshoaib7586 Do you even know his problems?? He has mental problem a PTSD of that T20 WC 2016 which makes him so vulnerable. To recover he needs a break everytime. And now he is not just a player but a test captain he can't be taking breaks at regular intervals. And a hectic schedule of the games by ICC and ECB made it even worse. Atleast take the knowledge before speaking anything.

all time come on. He is good all rounder at England level. did he ever bowl all 10 0vers in a game. His bowling was weak and played in team mainly for batting. Now also in Test or T 20 he hardly bowls. over rated all rounder. Will go for Kallis any given day in all time list.

Said it before, I'll say it again.. This is the greatest SA cricket squad ever and it will win the 2022 cricket world cup for the first time. I have never seen a team with legendary batsman (Q. De cock, off-form Makram, Van De Dussen, Malan and much improved Bavuma), also legendary spinners and bowlers in Rabada, Shamsi and off-form Nortjie. What a team not to forget Linde, Maharaj and team player Ngidi

As a South African I'm glad to see that we've built ourselves a strong batting line up, we need to fix the bowling here and there. We need an x factor bowler like Steyn and a good back up pace bowler and strong spinner. This was a class act of a performance, we are starting to play like the South Africa of old.

Stokes was on the road to becoming top all-rounders ever produced in world cricket. Also he is good player of longer formats. He should have quit T20Is. But retiring from ODI doesn't make sense. He is a pure match winner in both ODI and Tests. But still best wishes to him from my side 👍

It's not just Stokes! Too many games too close .. all that is going to happen is the best bowlers get injured! Any young man that makes it into the English team as a bowler will say yes to all formats to make maximum money as your career is short !! Remember that inning stoke try to hit six.... Miss hit fielder dropped but clever aware enough to saw stoke not sensitve to reach another end just watching how fielder catch ball.... And yes although dropped catch but runs him out..... Stoke ran out stupidly.... But that was great day.... Both him and Bairstow hammered south african bowlers all over the wickets..... Since then they had good parterships.... Fifties & hundred run partership....

Ben Stokes… the man who helped England win the Ashes in 2019 and their first ever WC trophy as well. A great dedicated player. I hoped he could play for this year’s T20 but alas it’s too early for him yet too late for us :(

A fully fit Rabada n Nortje pair is as destructive as it could get across formats!! The former can swing the ball at pace while the latter is all about bowling devastatingly quick. Pretorius, Parnell act as ideal foil to the two making it a world class bowling attack. England in their building phase r up for their worst challenge at the moment. Way to go Proteas!!🙌👏♥️

SA in 2021 t20 WC - won 5 out of 4 matches and still wasn't able to qualify. Won test series against india and whitewashed india in odi series and equalled the T20 series against india in India. And started off with a win against England. The most improved team in recent times . They have a big chance of winning the T20 wc and also next year WC.
