One of the finest band line-ups that Van has worked with... Robin Aspland's piano work, quite beautiful, Georgie Fame, Brian Kennedy, Pee Wee Ellis...

Being one of the legion of Van fans, this period of about '95 to '97, with the stellar line-up of Fame, Dunn, Kennedy, Green, Scott, Ellis etc, produced some of the most sublime live performances of Van's gigantic and illustrious career. I have about 20 of them in my youtube library and, as a set, they rank up there with The Last Waltz as some of the greatest live R&B ever created.

Always has to come from somewhere, miss Old Growth Humboldt Fair, pulling for the Forest there, Van knows about the Chorus, singing to Healing Game, so that Mercy reigns!
