Love this - I am also an artist and intend on being mobile in the next few years. Your van has a great layout with ample workspace which I have not seen in other vans! So many kitchens take up too much room. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Oh that is so fantastic, you are honestly going to love it! Yeah the space is perfect for me, I really wanted it to be like a tiny home I could lock myself in and still be happy :) I will be uploading a video on Monday on how to get started, you might be interested in watching. Happy travels 🤗

Would love to see about your office/ art set up please. 😊 Im also moving into my van and want to travel the areas you are going. My van is not a standard one tho so its going to be a challenge to fit out!

It can be challenging to do the right fit out, unfortunatley you likely wont know what will work for you until you move into it 😬 But I think that's the fun part, making it work for your lifestyle 🤗 All the very best to you on your journey!!

Hi Christie, the Hiace experts recommend 55 psi all round in your tyres and Ultima heavy duty shock absorbers which will help with getting thrown around in windy conditions and make your ride smoother... Cheers, Sam

Hi Christie, Gypsy is actually a Super long wheel base model SLWB. On the LWB model the distance behind the back edge of the sliding door and the rear wheel arch is shorter than your model. Cheers, Sam

Thanks so much for pointing this out Sam. I did wonder because I hadnt seen longer Hiace's, but I have LWB printed on the back of the van so thought it mustn't be a SLWB haha

@@eucalyptdesigns all Australian Commuters are SLWB. Japanese imports have LWB high roofs. Someone must have removed the "S" from your SLWB 😀 Enjoying watching your travels... Thank you 🙏

Found you through this video. I love van tours. And it's nice to find an Aussie traveller. I was wondering though, do you free camp at all? And if so, or even so, what do you do in the middle of the night if you have to go 'twinkles.'

Oh Im so glad you liked the video 🤗 Haha I've been waiting for this question, I do free camp in town centers, always make sure I do everything before I park up so I don't slam doors and disturb anyone. I have a large sealed container I use which I empty in the morning then clean with toilet cleaner 😉

Hi Christie new subscriber. Love your van. Where did you buy the Titan draws under your bed? Also what watt are your panels? I have only 100 w on my roof but also have a powerbox and a portable panel. I push the passenger seat forward slightly and store my window shades behind the seat when not in use.

Thanks so much for subscribing! I think I bought the draws fronm Adventure Kings in WA. I don't know much about the panels, I know I can draw 1000W at a time but I think that has something to do with the inverter 🤔 sorry my electrical knowledge is limited😬 I looooove the storage space behind my seats 😁 appreciate your support🙏

haha thank you, no I use gym's and beach showers. It's so great not having to clean anything 😅
