This has been my home for 2020 and the perfect tiny home to escape reality and spend quality time in beautiful rural Australia
In this series we've converted a Mercedes "Don" Vito into a fully kitted out #vanlife campervan.
You are looking at the product of 7 months work and approximately 1000 hours labour.
The van features the following:
• 250W solar panel, 240Ah deep cycle batteries, 3000W power inverter, fuse board and concealed power inlet
• Vented roof hatch with speed adjustable fan
• High powered front LED light bars
• Dual HD reversing cameras
• Triple camera external and internal CCTV system
• Dual GPS vehicle tracking technology
• Fully fitted marine carpet interior, cedar shiplap ceiling cladding, acacia worktops, ply panels and wood effect vinyl floor
• Fully insulated ceiling, floor and wall cavities with reflective vapour barrier
• Custom fitted thermally reflective window blinds
• High density foam and memory foam mattress cushions
• 3 way transforming slide bed frame with fully accessible storage
• Digital safe, hard fixed to the vehicle chassis
• 2 person hammock, fixable to any tree from the vehicle's eye plates
• 7 speaker surround sound system including 40cm subwoofer mounted under the bed, 55w x 4 Sony bluetooth head unit and 350w 4 channel power amplifier
• 4 way ceiling mounted remote control LED mood lighting
• iMac computer fixed with security bolts to bench table
• Mobile WiFi hotspot, multiple USB charge points, 230v electrical outlets
• Pop out magnetic table with fixable gas stove
• Electrically pumped water system including 3 separate 20 litre tanks for drinking, washing and grey water.
• Externally mountable shower connected to adjustable timer circuit
• Flush mounted sink and dual purpose chopping board/sink cover
• Various storage including magnetic catch drawers and under-bench containers
• Portable camping toilet
• 46 litre mini fridge/freeze
• 150cm remote controlled electric projector screen
• Low power HD LED ceiling mounted digital wireless projector
• Remote controlled central locking system, including kill switch and shock sensor
