Step-by-step window installation in my Mercedes Sprinter. Everything that could go wrong with my window installation basically did. I share my mistakes along with tips & tricks to make your installation quick and easy. I'm happy I managed to fit in the window at the end and learned how to use a bunch of tools along the way! Carbest RW-Motion Sliding Window (300x700mm)
What I used:
- Angle grinder
- Jigsaw
- Metal Jigsaw Blade - amzn.to/2XRILWM
-3 in 1 Primer, paint, rust proterction
-Painters Tape
-Metal File
- Butyl tape / Dekaseal 8936 (I used both because I was installing the window twice)

I am Sandra. In January 2022 I purchased a 2018 Sprinter Van, Sherpa. I am using my stubbornness and drive to show individuals that they, too, can convert a camper van by themselves and on a budget, with a lot of learning, rolling up the sleeves, and getting to work.
