i think hendrick uses different headers. i know dale jr had a prefered header that he used when he was with DEI, im sure he still uses the same one and maybe the other HM drivers use it aswell.

Do you get points for getting a pole? No, you don't hear anyone saying, "oh, well, Jr's 2nd in the pole standings..." or some stupid shit like that. Starting on the pole doesn't matter in a race, it ain't about where you start, it's where you finish, hence why there's no reason to go nuts over your driver getting a pole.
