Love it, sounds awesome! Just put these on my 04 hammer 1275 sporty but have the Thunder torque inserts instead of standard baffles. I need to get a camera to do a take off video. Newer iPhone cancels out too much of the sound. - Xena @ XLF

It's sctually a 2006 sporty. I just like the look of the old AMF emblem.

Did you have rejet or mess with air fuel mixture screw at all afterwards? BTW, love the raw metal look on the rear fender and tank color!

I read online that it was not necessary, but I played around with the mixture screw. Runs great.

nice sound! why did you have to weld up the interconnect bracket?

Thank you! The existing weld cracked. I just fixed it with a small bead.

Inter-connect exhaust gasket. Yes, it is wise to replace the old ones.
