I am thankful the Devils won, but this was a hot mess of a victory. Poor defense to give up a 4-1 lead. I appreciate and respect Lindy Ruff for calling out bs. Jack Hughes for the Hart Trophy.

Bruh he hit all stick, at no point did his stick touch his hands or arm, no idea why his skates flew out from under him. I would say that was a non-call for embellishment

@@pohateos9394 you can call it slash…you don’t have to hit the hand, based on the new rules…Devils needed the stripes to help them from giving up 3 goal lead embarrassment. Canucks are the leaders on that board and they can’t allow Devils to also beat that record. Just admit it, that was a penalty. I’m ok not calling that, but don’t call the next one against the other team that will decide the game.

It's the situation one was incidental in a non scoring position the other was stopping a forward from a High Danger scoring chance. If you're honest you would have admitted at least that.

That shot by Beauvilluer is God awful. You have to hit the net. Thats not a play an NHLer should make. Especially so; with an odd number of skaters on the ice. You know it's not only a horribly missed shot; giving the enemy netminder nothing to have to fight off; but it's 100% going the other way. That was just God awful hockey by Beauvillier.

They literally showed the replay on the Miller one that they wanted to be a Penalty, it didnt look like he got hooked at all, it looked like he lost his footing.

@@oliverbrubacher9608 Im watching the replay like multiple times and im not seeing it. But it doesn't matter, I've watched so many Devils games and they constantly get screwed by the refs. There were some calls that should've been a Power Play for the Devils but there wasn't. That slash on Seversons hand wasn't called, there were a couple trips that werent called that should've gave Devils a PP, so..
