This is a self filmed solo Vancouver Island Bear Hunt which kicks off a trilogy of bear hunts.

I know that exact location and road👍. Great boar and perfect shot, you filled the freezer and saved a few of the fawns in our area. Great video and keep them coming!

Thank you very much! He made the best hams I have ever done so can’t wait for another one this year!If you know that landmark it’s unmistakable where I was. I try to be as discrete as possible but it’s always a challenge balancing the filming needs and not blowing up locations.

Great film buddy! What month was this one, it looks nice out, and roughly what time did you find him at? This gets me all fired up for spring bear!!

It's unfortunate that trips to the island are bookended by experiences with BC Ferries, but it's worth it!
