Attention to detail. As a Chef these are common mistakes and basic, not what you expect from the price point! I want my fellow chef/ cooks to stay in the restaurant and cook and train staff accordingly.

I think pre-pandemic Vancouverites tolerate those lapses in attention to detail and service. But now food prices are through-the-roof, people should really be demanding a better experience than you can get at home.
