I 'm a bit concern that dining area can cause trouble for the sofa, if anything spills or splatters. But I'm ok with the design.

Put a spill proof protection over the couch, sofa or what ever is going to be there beside it.

I've never seen food splash outside a plate let alone in a projectile to land that far out from the plate. We are talking adult dining here.

@@bathos22 That’s amazing for you to have never experienced such things. You may be more civilized with your dining than the other 55 people that agreed with the original comment but adults aren’t the only ones that dine in tiny houses.

Honestly I would have less room for living room than Kitchen.When we are preparing meals we are always fighting with my mom.Get you butt outta here,put your foot somewhere else etc... 🤣🤣🤣 Also I don't even want mention what happens when a third person comes.Me and my mom are both live "NO.GLUE YOUR ASS DOWN ONTO THAT CHAIR AND SIT LIKE THE GUEST YOU ARE.DONT HELP US! When you have a tiny space like this this little breakfast bar style thing would be perfect! Please post where this was purchased. Alternative would be sitting on the couch so either spill when sitting on couch or when sitting at island. Or just be careful not to spill.
