Vanilla Ninja is an Estonian female pop/rock group founded in 2002 with Lenna Kuurmaa, Piret Järvis, Maarja Kivi and Katrin Siska. After their first international smash album '‘Traces of sadness“ which got gold and platinum status in many countries Maarja Kivi left the band and Triinu Kivilaan joined the group.

Can't agree with you. I remember buying their first single on cd in Germany and it was pretty hyped band. Their 1 album was also epic, but later... well, let's say they did not so great.

Through Eurovision I remembered that those guys also performed there (and I never cheered for any one as much as I did for them, was so devastated when they didn't win) and now I listen to their songs in a loop again. That was the first song I ever heard of them and fell deeply in love with the music (was just a child back then). Was listening to the 2 Albums, Traces of Sadness and Blue Tattoo so many times that my parents got really annoyed bout it even though they also liked the music. And now as an adult I must say, I had damn good taste in music back then! The music is still so good even listening it now 15 years later.

It's not close.. It's exact. They just changed the words. The ninja chicks aren't famous so White Lion doesn't care. Let them start making some coin, and the lawsuit will roll in.
