Vanilla received a gift from our friends: a smart toy for dogs designed by Nina Ottosson.
Vanilla seemed interested in the new toy, but she was a bit nervous because she didn't know how to play with it very well.
We made the toy easier. Can she enjoy it?

Vanilla was born on November 21st, 2023, in the sunny part of France.

We started with that puzzle too!!! We have about 15 different puzzles now and she can do them all!

Hey. I also have a 3 month Cavalier for 1 week, and I am deep in Puppy Blues :( Watching your videos makes your experience seems very pleasant. Can you talk more about the crate setting, overnight sleeping arrangements, where does she pee/poop?

Hi, I totally understand how you're feeling with the Puppy Blues. It was pretty chaotic, especially during the first month at our home. We took Vanilla outside to the courtyard of our apartment 8-9 times a day for pee and poo. At night, she stayed in her cage without any complaints and slept well. We were really lucky for that! But don't worry, things will get better with time. Now she's almost 5 months old (in the current videos, she is 2.5 months old) and she's calmer and less unpredictable. It's much easier for us too. They take some time to housebreak and mine does best with positive reinforcement and zero negative. They can be potty pad trained or go outside but they are such tiny as babies that they need to go about every hour at first
