In 1994, a cash filled armoured van disappears in what seems like a well calculated and professional hit. Soon the robbery turns to murder. As the FBI investigate they believe the suspects could be one of their own, is there a killer among them? A tip leads to FBI agents to a bounty hunter, an FBI informant and an ex-cop.
The FBI Files is an American television docudrama series. Each episode describes actual FBI cases which include murder, narcotics, bank robberies, and kidnapping as well as other crimes. These are portrayed through dramatic reenactments and interviews with agents and forensic scientists who worked on the investigations.

I find it interesting that when jobless people pull some nonsense like this they blatantly start buying ATVs and jet skis as if nobody is going to notice. Overhauling your truck or buying a new apartment when you have no job or income is not very discreet. And it is not worth another man’s life.

I have been working in the security industry for the past 22 years. Unfortunately I have learned over the years that many armed robberies on cash in transit vans, was done with the help of a accomplice working for the security company. I have also seen cops that was arrested because of their direct involvement in some cash in transit robberies.

The utterly callous murder of the guard was done without a thought of him as a human being, with his own life and aspirations, they just shot him in the head as if he were of no consequence whatsoever. Tragically, it was his own breaking of the rules regarding the opening of the armoured, bullet resistant door that allowed the guard to be targeted and so easily murdered before he could react! Had the murderer not bragged, and had they not splashed the cash everywhere they went, this case would have been more difficult to build.

@ayronsmama05, I was actually surprised O’Connor actually voted to uphold the death penalty sentence for Ring, and that Scalia voted to reverse the sentence. I get why it was reversed, mainly because they justices wanted to have some uniformity to how DP sentences are handed down by leaving it up to a jury to decide the aggravating circumstances instead of what the judge thinks, but Ring won his appeal by default. I blame the prosecutors mostly because he waited until the sentencing phase to have Greenham testify that Ring was the shooter, and he didn’t have the jury decide on the aggravating factors… but at the same time, it should’ve been a no-brainer. This case should’ve been retired instead of commuting it LWOP. With the way the justice system is turning into a joke these days, I wouldn’t be surprised if he eventually gets released since a lot of politicians have been talking about getting rid of life sentences.

think about it for a moment.... they do have to rule out who's a suspect and who isnt. they have to rule out who was or wasnt involved. when they established that the Wells Fargo driver had no criminal record and that he wasnt involved, therefore...no need to investigate him any further. it's common sense, having to put in the time and work to narrow down their list of suspects.

Although I believe the death penalty is warranted. I don't like how it's applied. These people on death row show no remorse, murder with premeditation and in some cases add torture. Yet they get more of a life than those they murder. Some end up on death row for decades. Where's the justice. The death penalty needs to be carried out swifter. Then it will become a more effective deterrent.

Money is not the root of all evil, it is neither good nor evil. Money is neutral. It is the love of money or of selfishness, more than the love of God, that becomes the root of all evil. It is the love of money more than the love of what is good & right that is the chief cause of evil in the earth.
