Naps are game changers! An hours nap and you're good to go for another 3 😂 We could get quite used to a little siesta each afternoon.

Love the video guys! We've done a similar walk in Wales called Dragons Back which looks similar! Quite a long one mind so Luke you'd definitely be cooking dinner for Amy 😅

It wasn't the best 🤣 If we failed on this, we'd be coming down Tryfan like a bobsleigh! It is one I've always wanted to do though, well have to go for it together one day :) All good thank you, not long til the next festivallll!
