Ive worked security... nobody gets on stage thats the rules.. you never know what someone's intentions are. Then she says i dont know who those guys are.. another hint that she's wondering how that happened.

This was a while ago but as someone who was in the crowd that night I felt like adding my two cents about the low energy crowd comments. I'd say it was bc the kickoff show featured a lot of diverse artists. At a typical Warped show you have a range of music fans putting in all their energy at the band/stages they go for. That's why actual Warped has so many stages.. The crowd wasn't exactly unified under one common scene here. I guess it was a bit more awkward deciding to be one of the few people going nuts. Only a portion of the crowd would know the lyrics to whoever was playing. For example, the people who played just before Bebe were pretty hardcore and their fans were super rowdy. It was a huge switch-up right from the start. Not saying either was better or worse though, everyone has their tastes and that's what Warped is about. Of course, the actual Warped shows get crazy af in the best way. Anyway, I'd say most everyone who came looked to discover new music that night, which is what happened!! I've heard the same from others who were at this show - it served its purpose which was to get people involved early. It's funny watching this video again because I look so chill but I was actually hyped :') I ended up being a huge fan of Bebe after this. Saw her twice at Warped and rocked tf out. Same with some other bands who played that night. I hope none of the artists were too discouraged with the crowd! I can't speak for everyone there but as one of those mellow-looking people up front, I was so into it :)
