By summertime a sandy beach and by wintertime the cross-country skiing landscape with ice swimming possibilities, are the foundations for Kuusijärvi’s popularity. Kuusijärvi has the only public smoke saunas in the city of Vantaa.

It was nice to see Kuusijärvi in winter this time! I know from you already that " kuusi" doesn't mean only the number 6 :)) Big respect to all people doing ice swimming and generally for the healthy style of life in Finland!

I’ve wanted to ask you this for a long time: Have you ever did a DNA test to check your heritage and find relatives? I have Finnish heritage. I live in America now. And I still have a lot of relatives that live in the country. I’m just curious if we could be distant cousins. Great video - as always! 🎉

I'm native Finn and I've never done DNA test. To average Finnish person it would most probably be quite "boring" results as Finns are quite homogeneous. Still I'm little bit curious to try to do the test some day. But I believe it's much more interesting if you live in USA etc :) Where in Finland your relatives are mostly from? I did a DNA test too and found out that I am 3,6% Finnish..I keep the Finnish DNA as my little precious treasure🤗
