Sunflower oil - 1/2 Cup (100ml)
Milk powder - 1 Tbsp. (optional)
Milk - 2 Tbsp.
For Sugar syrup,
Sugar - 1/4 Cup +2 Tbsp. (75 gm)
Water - 3/4 Cup (150 ml)
For Praline,
Badam/Almond - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp.
Unsalted Butter - 1 Tbsp.
For making cream
Whipping Cream - 2 Cup
Food Colour (Lemon Yellow)
To caramalize
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
For Butterscotch souce
Fresh cream - 1/4 Cup
Milk - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup (115 gm)

ഞാൻ ഇതും ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി ക്രീം സെറ്റായില്ല കുറച്ചു കൂടി ടൈറ്റ് ആവണ മായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.... ടേസ്റ്റ് അടിപൊളി ആയിരുന്നു
