today i am sharing traditional methi ladu recipe…. in winter all people like to eat healthy food so methi laddu is very healthy and tasty here i have shared traditional recipe which my mother in low is making from years and in very easy way here i have given perfect ingredients measurements ….so by following this you can prepare appropriately 1 kg laddu so try out this recipe
Here are methi ladu ingredients:
50 gram dry fenugreek powder
50 gram urad dal flour
50 gram grated dry coconut
50 gram edible gum
2 tbsp dry ginger powder
2 tbsp ganthoda (piprimul) powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds ( khas khas )
325 gram deshi jaggery
300gram + 3 tbsp cow ghee
