The blanks fuck with me because a blank is not a dud it still would kill you if you put it against your head. The terminology messes with me.

I'm not sure the mod changes much in terms of meta. Like, usually you always want to shoot the dealer unless you know the shell because the dealer has a 50/50 chance to shoot themselves. It also removes the dealer's ability to know the last round if it is a white one.

My only problem with the mod is that they are too common.

This mod feels kinda dumb.. They coded this one of two ways. Either the white shells are just the same coded-in shells but their color is white to hide what they are. or, the white shells are actually 'random' shells, that can be live or blank each. If the former, then all that's done is make the magnifying glass nearly useless, but also make the beer a bit more useful. But in the end, the odds are mostly still the same, as most of the time there will tend to be the same number of red and blue shells per round. If the latter, then you've basically gutted out the core game mechanic of strategy, and it's just a matter of spamming shots on the enemy because it doesn't matter what you have, as every white shell has a 50% chance to just be a live round, ruining the subtle balance of the game's initial setting and just making it an all-out slugfest. (pun intended) Ironically, that makes this mod perfect for joel, as with RNG calling a lot more shots in the living-or-dying department, joel's only 3 functioning braincells have a lot less to actually think about or account for, making for lower-pressure gameplay.

i think the mod only changes colors randomly but it doesn't actually change the code of each shell so the dealer knows exactly which type of shell is any shell, so in situations when you would know when red shell is guaranteed, he knows but you don't
