Good that Vijay legally facing this tax exemption.. Note that Vijay has already paid almost 4 times than the car value... Court over reacting.. Court should react on corruption... But exemption only to Amibath Bachan and Rajnikanth... Bec of BJP...

Also Rajini too is a padma awardee and govt might have relaxations for padma awardees on case to case basis. Vijay did not ask for exemption but challenged the tax itself pleading that entry tax is Leviable only in respect of buying any goods from outside a State though these goods are available within the State which deprived the State of Sales tax. The judge’s remarks are unwarranted and atrocious.
