Transform a Photo into a Beautiful Painting with Realistic Brush Strokes in Photoshop! Using the advanced features of Blur Gallery & Path Blur, learn how to control the direction and intensity of blur at each point of the image to mimic the rough strokes of a brush.
In this tutorial, we will focus on the concept of "End Speed" to create the painting effect.
