Therin Morgan The Arkham Knight comics are kinda boring. I only bought them cuz they had a code to get the Batman Inc. costume(almost 2 years before it became free!) and no reason other than that. (Spoilers below) The books were pretty much just Batman doing things that lead up to his new Batmobile. And the second volume just has Bane show up, before the Arkham Knight may or may not kills him. there’s a Suicide squad vs. Batman fight(it sucks) and a Batgirl prequal mini-story. Again, not really interesting and it doesn’t have any important lore either.

tbh i feel like the outerpants actually balance the colors well when it's the gray-blue/black, helps the suit not to be dominated by the grey

Around 1998 Wizard magazine had a “design a futuristic Batman suit” contest. I and a friend made some drawings and sent them in. We never heard back from Wizard and they never announced a winner. Later on when the Batman Beyond series began the costume in the series was very much like the drawings my friend and I had designed. Yes, I feel like our ideas were hijacked.

I believe that was actually a reference to "dark knight returns", because he said it "put too much strain on his heart", which might be a reference to his faking a heart attack in the exosuit in dark knight returns.

Always liked the more armored "practical" batsuits... but I gotta say, the Nolan suit hasn't held up for me. Especially those scenes that happen in brightly lit rooms and the daytime. On the other hand, I love the villain designs in all of those films.

+john smith they changed the suit because the actor couldn't turn his head, if you look in the first barman begins or even the 80s/90s batman, he couldn't turn his head, it may not look great but it's very practical

+edmund suarez it is in the Batman and Robin comic. it makes its appearance in issues 33, 34, 35, and 37. as awesome and badass as it really is, i think they should add it to the animated series, so you can see it in action.

Jim Lee and Greg Capullo are by far my favorites, and Todd Mcfarlane also did a great job (as always) whenever he had a chance to draw batman. a love how Todd draw him with the giant cape with big shoulders

My favorite is Rebirth suit, I just love how its all armor instead of spandex like the new 52 and I love the yellow outline as well as the purple touches in the inside of the cape

"Life is all about technicalities people" this is my life motto. "Your exam is open book" so if I tape the answers to all the example problems into the margins in the book, then it would still be open book. Yep technicalities. I also had to do a company presentation for my accounting class and I did it on Time Warner...the professor said we could dress however we wanted for our presentation, so I went full out Batman for mine. Seeing the looks on everyone's faces when I walked in wearing that cape was worth walking around in it all day

The Arkham City Bat Suit is definitely my favorite! I just wish the Cape and Cowl was 100% black. Like in certain lighting it does look all black but when you get into another lighting it looks dark blue which should not be done because when you say The Dark Knight I don't picture blue.

It's an old tradition in comic books to color black things blue... Because, back in the 4-color and cheap paper days, large areas of black looked like flat splotches and bled through to the next page! This is why you'll here old jokes about Superman, Lois Lane, and other black haired characters having blue hair. Basically, Batman's outfit was always supposed to be black and gray. (At least after Finger nixed Kane's original red design.)

My favorite comic suit is The Long Halloween suit, love the way it drawn, so simple, so effective. Which means I love the Arkham suit, as it follows that look. And while I like the new Affleck suit, I feel they should have use a different texture on the suit, so the Bale suits end up being my favorite movie suit.

I love the long Halloween suit too, to sail did a great job showing epicness of Batmans physique Although I like the Arkham City one better than the Arkham Knight one It's simple but still effective, plus it finds a way to get the trunks on the outside without making it silly I think the Arkham Knight has too much armor , not that that's bad for Batman but I would wear it in the most extreme circumstances not the Gotham streets, ( although Gotham is a warzone of its own 😂 ) And I kind of have a hard time seeing the bat emblem on his chest

Ibrahim Barro It was alright. Batman the Animated Series was and still is the best Batman cartoon in my opinion. And probably one of the best cartoons ever made.

My favourite is the armour suit that Batman wears in the Dark Knight Returns part 2 to fight Superman in the end and fakes his death. That is the best ever in a comic book I have ever seen. But that is my fav. Bat suit!

I really love how the rebirth suit took the new 52 suit and made it look more heroic by adding some more yellow and purple in the cape

the dark knight returns is hands down my favorite suit i think it’s just a fine example of how bruce wayne isn’t the same batman he once was and it shows with the black and grey design that he is doing is beating the shit out of ppl and he doesn’t have time for morals in my eyes anyways

rebirth, the black symbol with the yellow trim/outline basically the old yellow circle and the new black bat combined and sooooooo much cooler like making taking the old yellow one and making the bat edgy and taking the circle and squishing it to the bat outline, just awesome

My favorite is from batman vampire which is drawn by Kelley Jones! The long ears and huge cape are menacing and very dark. Super awesome for his character!

Hey Arris, liked the vid, but just noticed you made a mistake in the video. With regards to the Flashpoint bat suit, you mentioned that Flashpoint happened because the Reverse Flash messed with the timeline. However, it wasn't Reverse Flash but rather Barry Allen, who created it by running back in time to save his mother from Reverse Flash
