As much as I love the turtles, I am now, have always been, and shall always be Team Shredder. Oroku Saki deserves our respect, appreciation, and loyalty.

Rat King in the IDW comics, along with his god pantheon siblings, is devilish in all the best ways. A trickster like Loki, maniacal like Joker, and absurdly powerful. If the pantheon is introduced I would dig that down the road. Kitsune, Rat King, and the others were quite formidable.

I was 9 when the TMNT 2012 show came out. Tiger Claw was so cool to me. I wish the new movie would have included him. However, the new movie was great! If everyone got every character they wanted it would be a 3 hour movie

I like 87 Rats King because he can make Splinter turn against the turtles keep in mind that Splinter raised the turtles since they were babies so having Splinter attack his adopted sons is fascinating idea

Karai is Splinter’s daughter not Shredder. Biologically she is related to Splinter and Shredder raised her. And brainwashed her to hate the Turtles.

I personally think Leatherhead should be placed above Tigerclaw, Apex, Rat King and Hun. That was the only villain I think should have been on this list that wasn't. Other than that, I pretty much agree.
