This work is based on a Kenyan folk song, a lullaby from Lake Victoria. The words basically says to child to be quite and go to sleep for the child that is not quite will be eaten by the hyenas and the child that is quite will not be eaten. Thanks to Seychelle Dunn-Corbin, saxophonist, dancer Jenny Oliver, and video by Dave Jamrog for such a wonderful job in portraying the peacefulness of this lullaby.
