Automatisierung von Variobend
Die integrierte seitliche Blecheinzugsvorrichtung kann Bleche automatisch schnell und flexibel in den Variobend Doppelbieger einziehen. Zudem ist eine automatische Beladung von mehreren Blechen bei gleichen Profilen möglich. So können bsp. 2 x 4 Meter auf einer 8 Meter Maschine eingezogen und automatisch gekantet werden. Im seitlichen Einzug integriert ist zudem ein Kamerasystem das die Position der Bleche erkennt und mittels Barcode auf dem Blech direkt das richtige Kantteil auf der Variobend öffnet.
Der neu entwickelte smarte Arbeitstisch der sich horizontal nach rechts und links bewegt sorgt dafür das mehrere schichten ohne vorheriges stapeln und sortierten automatisch abgearbeitet werden.
Dieses bisher nie dagewesen System bietet die größtmögliche Automatisierung des kompletten Biegeprozesses. Somit lassen sich Personalkosten deutlich reduzieren. Der komplette Schnitt- und Biegeprozess kann so von nur einem Bediener ausgeführt werden.

Automation Variobend DB models
The integrated side feed device on the side can automatically pull in sheets quickly and flexibly into the Variobend double bender. In addition, automatic loading of several sheets with the same profiles is possible. For example, 2 x 4 meters are drawn in on an 8 meter machine and folded automatically. A camera system is also integrated in the side infeed, which detects the position of the metal sheets and opens the right flashing directly on the Variobend using a barcode on the metal sheet.
The newly developed smart working table that moves horizontally to the right and left allows to process several layers automatically without prior stacking and sorting.
This unprecedented system offers the greatest possible automation of the entire bending process. Personal costs can thus be significantly reduced. The entire cutting- and bending process can be carried out by just one operator.
