NYC is not in a good place right now but if you are of a certain age and remember what NYC was like before...... This is nothing, this is separating the wheat from the chaff.

It is a good and legit question. Check your local law to be 100% sure. All depends on the county, city, country you live. In NYC i am pretty sure you do not need to register it.

I was trying to find out what was it for or used for to Indicate what exactly , sorry my first scooter ? Also my brakes are rubbing on my back tire giving me a ticking noise when riding is there a way to fix this ? Ty

@@dailyamg3746 Yes, there are two screws, and you just unscrew them, and adjust in a way that disc rotor does not touch the pads. Any bike shop service can do this for you. It is same on bikes, ebikes etc... About indicator....It indicated the battery level through voltage numbers. Many people watch the scooter screen battery icon, and those who want more accurate information check out the voltage number. Google this a bit and you will found out more about this. New York has laws changing here and there. Check it out yourself. All i can say is that no cop stopped out partner when review was in works.

uhhh sir ebay sells 8A 10 amp chargers that will charge you up in like 2-3 hrs my dualtron victor is currently charging @10a i get my 55 mile range back in 3 hrs!

Good for you. Check all on arrival and perform a quick ride, just to be sufe all is fine. After that enjoy the ride man. Wear a helmet!

Just buy a ninebot 30km, 17 miles distance, my Varla sucks, two flat tires in less than 2 hours total in 1 week. Sitting there for tire repair after 2nd hour flat. At least my Ninbot Gray color won't go flat. The Bus won't allow you to bring your Varla on board, taxi is too small. the flat won't allow you to roll the scooter home, you MUST carry 90 pounds or lean on front wheel to roll.

Sorry man, i totally get your anger, but google zero 10 x together with Varla and you will see there is small amount of cases like the one that happened to you. Ofcourse it is a bummer, and waiting for scooter to be fixed is a nightmare; but we just cannot compare Ninebot and this. Totally different category.
