it's not easy to dance Varnam on pre recorded music because one doesn't get the breathing time to transit from one part to the other while live music can support better every dancer individually .Varnam requires a lot to be able to perform.Though stamina is one of the most discussed issue among many but I feel not only physical stamina , we need tremendous mental strength at the same time. And to keep audience invest into it, we need to focus on the technical part ,communicative abhinaya ,individual potential- as well as signature grace on top of it.
we often mess all the aspects together and then it's scary not being able to appreciate our own dance.
So, it's necessary to enjoy dance as much as possible until it becomes an habit.I personally love dancing with the flow and it's magical to note how each day body works differently.
Varnam specially works as wonder for me always.
