I was in a low place but I never stopped praying. It took longer than I expected, but once I got my break through I realized that God had a plan to put me in a better position than I even knew or wanted. I just had to wait for the opportunity to open up for me. If I would have gotten it sooner it would actually have done more harm than good. This taught to be patient and wait on God to see the goodness of God.
