I have one question related to shock - if patient shows the sign of septic shock -Tacycardia, febrile illness and low bp on the background of severe diarrhoea at home - should be consider this hypovolemic as well as distributive shock? Are we starting with IV fluids or vasopressor first ? Any advise will be highly appreciated.
