Vast Grimm is a stand-alone, art-filled, punk-fueled OSR role-playing game about the few humans remaining in a universe being consumed by growing parasitic würms.
Are you a MAnchiNe ravaged by war, pieced together with remnants of bots and the little flesh left of your body? Maybe you're a twisted biochemist shoving needles into your arms in hopes that this next fix will be the one that saves you and what’s left of humanity? Or perhaps you are a soul survivor, like a cockroach, doing whatever is necessary to stay alive even if it means the rest of your Legion must perish.
This is a game about survival, no matter how gruesome things get, humanity must survive.

I tend not to do kickstarters because I can't stand waiting nor am I interest in KS as a release method but I'll definitely be picking this up if it hits retail.. Hopefully not long after it ships and goes to Exalted Funeral.. if not I guess I might not pick it up and that would be sad, I've literally had to wait years on some deliveries (Monolith Conan was over 2 years)and even having to wait 7 months and needing to shell out cash to save a measly couple of bucks turns me off to the idea of them.

Totally understand that logic. Vast Grimm the Corebook is already available on EF if you want to pick it up and play it. These KS supplement books should be on their as well I imagine once backers get their copies.

@@VictoryConditionGaming Ha, I already have the Vast Grimm core book.. I'm loving these Mörk Borg offshoots, I just picked up Pirate Borg on pre order and as soon as these go on pre order somewhere I'm definitely grabbing them shortly after 😁

@@VictoryConditionGaming I'm not that big on Western games, I already own Deadlands various versions including the new swade one and DCC Weird Frontiers so I'm pretty covered on western games I'll only infrequently play if ever lol. I do however have Mork Borg, Cy_Borg, Vast Grimm, Death in Space (not exactly MB but similar enough to Mork borg games ) all the Forbidden Psalms stuff including the Last War, Pirate Borg on order expected to arrive in a couple of weeks, so yeah I'm a fan of this system, grim dark survivalist settings and I've gone all out in supporting them. I love the fact they are really super suitable for one shots and shorter campaigns which helps keep things fresh and the play is fast and knowing the ruleset it's easy to just swap the settings, tone and flavor when you want to change it up.. Dark Fantasy, Gothic Horror, Grim Dark Space SciFi and Cyberpunk, Pirates and Ghouls, art punk aesthetic. It's all fun stuff, it's a golden era for me with so much great OSR and rpg alternatives to the 2 big systems that put me to sleep these days with their anime Saturday morning cartoon aesthetic and super hero game play where the combats can take hours... snore..

@@DeusMachina71 totally agree on all of that. Being a minis guy I LOVE Forbidden Psalm and all it’s irritations as well. Just something about the whole vibe and MB system that just simplistically clicks with a majority of players. It really is great to see the system just take off those last few years.
