Try joining a really small server so it’s the highest chance of ur vasto spawning and nobody else’s. Are you also in the Ravine?

rares give some 20% buffs which are better than legendary if your doing a certain build, sometimes people dont even know what the fuck things do and just get the rarest one

Staying in same server increases chance of ur vasto spawning. I would also join a dead server so other Shinigami aren’t trying to spawn their vasto too
