I love that mirror trick you did in Lily's room, looks so pretty! her bedroom is beautiful. The main entrance of the house interior is small, but it is so cute and elegant-loved the two tables opposing eachother. I am actually surprised that you don't think vampire gardens are an actual thing for them- I made a gentle vampire girl before pale pale skin, white as snow/blonde hair and gentle manner and I made it her love to be out in the garden at night tending the black flowers and plants, my story was that she was adopted by Vlad and she didn't want to feed on humans, she also had a brother and sister who were vile and evil and didnt care for humans (also adopted by vlad), but vlad was getting old and tired, not tired because he was immortal, but years going by tired and wanted to make the pale innocent vampire his heir to the house because he favorited her gentle nature. You can see why the brother and sister were constantly plotting against her. Anyways I cooked up quite a story there lol, and love to have dark gardens in my vampire houses now, also incase they become alchemist vampires-its always good to have. Maybe this will give you an idea for vampires now? for those vampire sim lovers who love gardens and love your builds :P :)

Foodie Sims are basically just Sims that like to cook and eat high quality food. As for their backstories, Caleb had once been a "normal" human Sim (and so was Lilith). They used to live in one of the other towns (probably Willow Creek). Vlad broke into the home of a woman named Marybelle Smith, while she was brushing her teeth, and turned her into a vampire. She almost immediately went off in search of victims, and changed her name to Miss Hell. One evening, Caleb was at a bar, just minding his own business and having a few drinks. (Maybe alone, maybe with friends, it's not entirely clear from the trailer.) Miss Hell was at the same bar, eyeing him all night. He got up to use the bathroom, and she attacked him. (I think a big part of why Caleb doesn't like drinking plasma from other Sims without their consent is that he was turned forcibly.) Now, this part is a mixture of my personal opinions and the little snippet from the trailer (plus the dialogue from Lily Zhu, their cousin from the Werewolves game pack), so feel free to take it with a grain of salt. I think the trauma from having been assaulted/forcibly turned into a vampire, plus the process of turning into one, *really* messed Caleb up. Lilith got on the computer to see if there was something, anything, she could do to help her brother. Vlad, meanwhile, was terrorizing Willow Creek again, and broke into their home. Lily Zhu ran away (and was turned into a werewolf while hiding from him). Vlad went up to Lilith's room, and it seems he made a promise to Lilith that he could give them a better life, and more importantly, that he could help her brother. Lilith allows him to bite her, and the siblings move to Forgotten Hollow to train under Vlad. He offers them Wolfsbane Manor. Caleb doesn't like biting other Sims, but reluctantly accepts it as part of his new life. Then he finds out that Vlad was hiding the secret of plasma fruits and frog plasma from them...and he's *furious*. He didn't want to harm Sims, and he didn't exactly like Vlad in the first place. He rebels against Vlad, and persuades Lilith to join him. They call him out, they have a fight (not the "high moon duel" referenced in Vlad's diary; this is a separate event), and they're defeated. Vlad, being their teacher, decides he's going to give 'em some "tough love." (He's annoyed with them, but doesn't kick them out of Forgotten Hollow even though he has the power to do so, so I don't think he actually hates them.) He wipes their skill sets and some of their Vampire Experience Points away, in hopes that they'll come back to him when they see just how hard it is to rely solely on plasma fruits and frog plasma, or get consent from "normal" Sims.

some how I found my self kind of day dreaming while watching this... I really lost my self in thought some how and imagined that I was in this place my self.... sound weird but I'm just trying to say that you are so talented in creating "real" looking houses. I dont know how to discribe it. I watch a lot of very talented sims builders and also LOVE the way they build. but something in your builds (I noticed in you other builds as well) you makes it really come to life. I listen to audio books just before I go to sleep and a few books ago it was kind of a "dark moody romance" book. I can totally see that book taking place here. I guess thats why It send me daydreaming while watching this. hahaha aaaaaany way... thanks for the memory/nostalgy trip. :) Can't wait to see what your next speed build will bring up in me :P

Ugh nothing I love more than a second empire! So beautiful. That vanity in Lilith's room is soooooo gd clever, and the fencing! Girl. I do think its funny that both bedrooms had mirrors because I dont think vampires have reflections? Haha

I love that you have a Sim back story in mind when you make these amazing builds and I always struggle with trying to find a different color for my builds but the colors you choose are always beautiful. I'm in love with Lilith's room. There's something about combining the color burgundy with darker tones that makes it soooo enigmatic. That dresser was OH YES. Vampires for me have to have that incongruity between the beauty of youth and all the old things that surround it. A dressing table with ornate mirrors are perfect. And I guess I don't know much about the sims families that come in the game either... Most of the time all I do is evict them. 🤷‍♀ Thanks for another great video!

I love the added lore with the addition of the werewolf pack. The Vatore siblings cousin Lily Zhu turned into a werewolf after seeing Vlad turn Lilith and then hiding in the tunnels

Hi Monica! I think this is your finest yet gothic build (after the library obvi), and also an interpretation on EA's vegan/alternative vampire household of Vatore's! You should do some research on the Calientes and create a Los Angeles Venice Beach build for them! I think this could be a great challenge for your build skills🤠🤠🤩

I always loved in the Sims 3 the Landgrabs and the Alto’s. The Landgrabs were meant to be old money and the Alto’s fairly new, and the Landgrabs had a gorgeous Tudor house unlike the modern sims 4 one! I bet you could do a stunning old Tudor place for them if that’s any inspiration 😊 Would love to see the Alto’s brought back too

Yay! You did the Vatore house!! It’s gorgeous, but of course it is because you built it. Well done love. And perfect timing, I’m just about to start updating Forgotten Hollow. As for suggestions, I think you’d have fun doing renovations in Glimmerbrook since you like fantasy/supernatural. I think my #1 suggestion would be the Villareal house in Windenburg! It’s a huge build so it’s a lot, but I can see you doing amazing things for that TRAIN WRECK of a home.

Your builds are beautiful, but downloading them is always a bit of a chore. It's confusing when the link provided is to the CC creator's main page rather than to the CC itself. I end up having to search around for the files and in many cases, I can't even find them, or I'm not really sure if I've even downloaded the correct thing. As an example, the link for this build under "Strange storyteller (sectional library, Crystal chandeliers, Dms candles set, Baroque art set)" goes to a page that doesn't contain any of those items. There's no sectionals or chandeliers and there's no search feature to find them on the creator's blog. It's often an issue.
