Vauhti Varikko Clutch kit installation on CF Moto C-Force 450/520/625/800/850/1000 / X8 / X10 ATV. This variator kit is stage 1 for standard tires. The kit gives more durability and performance, for example in work use. The Vauhti Varikko also gets a Stage 2 clutch kit that allows you to optimize your ATV to run on bigger tires without sacrificing performance!

Good video…I also just purchased the Stage 1 kit as shown here. A few things to consider, you should be tightening your primary and secondary to proper spec. The secondary nut is 150Nm, the primary nut is 105Nm with the kit (it is 180Nm with OEM set up), and the primary bolt is 60Nm.

Hello, which kit stage 1/2/3 do you recommend to mount on a cf 800xc I have the R12 routes? On all kits I saw advice only on big wheels. Regards

How do you want to change your ATV? With the clutch kit, you can get your ATV to travel in a higher rpm. This is important with big tires, but the ATV accelerates faster even with standard-sized tires. Stage 1 is good.

I did not test top speed because the ATV was limited to 60km / h

tueelko toi kytkimen jousi mukana? kun ei ainakaan netissä näy myyntikuvissa ja onko se pakko vaihtaa?

Se on erikseen. Voit säätää vakiojousen tiukemmalle, mutta tuo jousi ei väsähä samalla tavalla ku vakio ja toimii vakio säädöillä optimaalisesti.

Uusissa mönkijöissä saa voimaa rikastamalla seosta ja tehoputkella. Variaattori kitillä saat enemmän voimaa välittymään renkaille, kun mönkijä etenee korkeemmilla kierroksilla eli paremmalla tehoalueella.

Using KZfaqs automatic translation to English seems sketchy. You say like 200 words and then it translates to one sentance and 8 words. 😊 Will this kit make my CF 850 XC softer when launching? Right now it tries to rip my head off each time i touch the thumbgas...

Jep😁 It doesn't get softer, but you get more power to the tires.
