It really has been soo long. We miss you all so much!! We wanted to hop on and show you guys the wear and tear of the VanCleef & Arpel guilloche. After watching this video we hope it makes your decision a little easier. Because we were also once in your shoes about buying guilloche. And being scared of all the scratches. Love LOVE the guilloche!!!😍 I have the bracelet and necklace in pave. I don’t like taking my jewelry off but I do take my bracelet off so it doesn’t scratch. Btw the cleaning did wonders✨

My SA at VCA bellagio in Vegas offered to clean my guilloche bracelet for me and it was just steaming it and it looked brand new!

It made such a difference!! Idk what exactly they did to the bracelet bc we had sent it in. But I will try to go to my local boutique next time and ask for them to steam it. Thank you so much for watching!🥰❤️

Note that if vca polishes scratches you loose a bit of gold due to polishing

Why did you get the wg guilloche earrings when rest is yg? I am thinking abt that now too because it looks really nice and different I have the yg guilloché set and am thinking now to get the wg earrings 🤔

It was a really touch decision tbh. But I’m very happy I went with WG Guilloche. I wanted diff pieces in my collection. My bracelets I’m already mixing metals. So I decided to just go for it! I wear the earrings daily and it just goes well with everything!

How has your carnelian held up? Do you shower in it?

I try not to shower with it on. But sometimes I forget and nothing has happened to the stone. They say the carnelian and onyx stone is hardy, but I would still try to avoid getting perfume/lotion or chemicals on the stone. So far the only thing I really see is tiny micro scratches on it and that is if you really really try to look. Hope that was helpful!❤️
