For those who didn't get it fixed Try this >> Go to control panel >>Look for microsoft redis.. c++ 2015 >>Click on uninstall >>Then when windows appears choose repair >> Do it for x64 and x86 Worked for me.

First method worked for me! If you are a 64 bits windows user, You will need to download both vcruntime140.dll versions (32bits and 64 bits). And put carefully the right files in the right path as described in the video. Thank you very much for your help!

Thank you for providing the solution. I installed Bluestacks on a Toshiba Satellite laptop, Windows 7 32 bit. Sadly my AMD gaming pc shows blank screen and can't even see the BIOS. I played with overclocking and killed this PC. :/ I have to buy a second hand motherboard and/or CPU. This strange dll missing error popped up on this snail slow Toshiba laptop, which I currently use. I downloaded the dll and copied into system32. Since I wanted a quick solution, kind of confused...what it is at all, also installed Microsoft Visual C++. After the reboot, Bluestacks booted without this error message. This easy fix works.

Another way to fix this easily is to go to in windows 10 (all versions) is to go to settings>Apps> and look for Microsoft C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable in both x86 and x64. When I have this issue, I just highlight the x86, click modify, then repair and let it do it's thing. Once completed, reboot and try to see if it happens again. For me, it works. If not, follow the same path, but use the x64 app, click modify, then repair and then reboot it. 100% of the time this has worked. Hope this helps as well.

Did exactly what was instructed in fix method #1. The problem is the "32-Bit - 32-Bit File" could not be transferred to the syswow64 folder. A message would pop out saying file could not be transferred since a program in the folder is running. File could not be transferred even if I restart the computer. The transfer of the "64-Bit - 64 Bit File" was a breeze though. How is this so? Any tips would do. Thank you!
