Empire Building - Smuggling (during the fade when cancelling the mission) + Blitzkrieg = Blitzkrieg is instapassed (fails one instance while starts another one OM0). To this instapass works properly you need to do the following steps:
1. Load the save and get an OM0 Rampage.
2. Start Vigilante and cancel it before starting Smuggling.
3. Start Smuggling and wait for the rampage to end.
4. Start Blitzkrieg and cancel the Smuggling mission by pressing 2 times the arrow up key on joystick while the mission is starting.
