I heard is Las Vegas they only sell these hotel condos full price no home loans. is this true?

Great video! Very informative. Does the Vdara property have a pool or gym? Is there a valet fee for owners to park? If so, how much?

The Pool you can see in Video - The GYM is great(not in video) Also there is Spa on site. Valet is free and owners also have their own parking space to store 1 vehicle. James Meadows at end of video specializes in Vdara - reach out to him at 702-882-8240

Kinda of a hard sell wen you keep calling it The Vedar.... Its VedarA... the A at the end is not silent lol

It's common among Owners & peope who own muliple units to drop the "a". Even among those who stay there alot. But I get your point as everyone starts out pronouncing Vdara full out with the "a" the way it is spelled. Maybe be open minded about this until you meet some of the other owners and residents that live there. Over time you will naturally just drop the "a". People will know your a local when you drop it

The studios start around $1000 a month. Keep in mind only 170 units are condo hotels and in the rental pool are profitable. You can request a 2 year P&L once in escrow to see rate of return. Also see MGM Condo Hotels kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j9ilna6Fu5Otc4E.html
