വീട്ടിൽ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ അതേ രുചിയിൽ തന്നെ വെട്ടു കേക്ക് മുൻപൊക്കെ നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൻ പുറത്തെ ചായ കടകളിലെ ചില്ല് അലമാരികളിൽ സജീവമായിരുന്ന ഒരു വിഭവം ആയിരുന്നു ഈവെട്ടു കേക്ക് (പൂകേക്ക്) …ഇപ്പൊഴും ഒരു മാറ്റവുമില്ലാതെ വെട്ടു കേക്ക്
Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - less than ½ tsp
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - 2 pinches
Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
Oil - 2 tbsp + to fry
Sugar - ½ cup
Egg - 1

ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി പെർഫെക്റ്റ് ആയിട്ട് എനിക്ക് കിട്ടി.... ഇതിനുമുമ്പും വേറെ പലരുടെ റെസിപ്പി ഞാൻ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ എനിക്ക് ശരിക്കും കിട്ടിയില്ല ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞപോലെ തീ കുറച്ചുവെച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോഴാണ് ശരിക്കും പെർഫെക്റ്റ് ആയിട്ട് കിട്ടിയത്....thank You so much
