Hi mam, ആദ്യമായാണ് vedio കാണുന്നത്. 2 ദിവസമായി എത്ര തവണ കണ്ടു എന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല. കാരണം ഐസ് ക്രീം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനാണ് repeat ചെയ്തത്. ഒരുപാട് vedio കണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഈ vedio നോക്കിയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ഇന്നാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. അടിപൊളി ആയി തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. പറയാതെ വയ്യ Supper ടേസ്റ്റി ആയിരുന്നു. വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായ മാങ്ങ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ബീറ്റർ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ മിക്സിയിൽ ആണ് ക്രീം ബീറ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. Very well explained. I am definitely trying this. Just have a question- is there a substitute for whipping cream. I am asking this because it is not available in certain remote areas in Kerala. So let me know if there is any option to replace heavy cream with something else.

Collect cream of your boiled milk daily in the freezer, we can use it. Just whip it . Much reliable than whipping cream in the market.

പഴങ്ങൾ ദഹിക്കാൻ 40 മിനിറ്റു മതി , പാൽ ദഹിക്കാൻ രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂർ വേണം , അതുകൊണ്ട് പഴങ്ങളും പാലും ഒരുമിച്ചുകഴിച്ചാൽ രണ്ടും ശരിയായി ദഹിക്കില്ല . ഇങ്ങനെ കഴിച്ചാൽ രണ്ടിന്റെയും ഗുണം കിട്ടുകയില്ല . ഇത് ഡോക്ടർമാരുടെയും നഴ്‌സുമാരുടെയും പുസ്തകത്തിലുള്ളതാണ് , പക്ഷെ അവരോടുചോദിച്ചാൽ ഇത് ആയൂർവേദക്കാർ പറയുന്നമണ്ടത്തരമാണെന്നേ പറയുകയുള്ളൂ .
