4 жыл бұрынVeluthulli Achar (Garlic Pickle) is one of the easy to prepare pickle at home. Once you done with the cleaning of garlic it can be prepared in 5 minutes. If you want to store it for long term, use Sesame oil. For long term use make sure that you stored it in the refrigerator. Also remember to store it in air tight container and keep the pickle in refrigerator only after two days. Friends try this Kerala style Veluthulli Achar recipe and let me know your feedback.

- INGREDIENTS -
Sesame Oil / Gingelly Oil / Coconut Oil (നല്ലെണ്ണ / വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - ½ Cup
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 200gm (after cleaning)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 3 Tablespoons
Asafoetida Powder (കായം പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Fenugreek Powder (ഉലുവപ്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Brown Sugar / Jaggery / White Sugar (ബ്രൗൺ ഷുഗർ / ശർക്കര / പഞ്ചസാര) - ½ Teaspoon
Vinegar (വിനാഗിരി) - 6 Tablespoons

Great Bro....... I did you simple egg roast, really extraordinary... It saved more time with super taste also.......Just by seeing your pleasant smile, I looked into recipes... Truly awesome brother... I regularly used to watch... Veenas curry world,Salus kitchen...... But your dishes with little ingredients than others without Compromise in taste is your speciality.. Keep up bro...since I don't take mutton...I can't comment on that.... Though don't take chicken, I cook for my daughter, so your recipes help me a lot,since I'm working as a teacher...... Put more recipes on fishes and vegetarian also bro.....keep on your process with that bright smile... God bless you
