Vectorworks Libraries from SketchUP

This video is about creating and managing Vectorworks Libraries and Resources from SketchUP using the 3D Warehouse. Specifically I show you how to create some nice wall art symbols for use indoor projects and then a few other libraries I have recently created, but this technique can be used for anything at all!

Hi Jonathan I Have been following for some time now and thank you for the lessons you provide on this channel I am currently been battling to import sketch-up drawing to Vectorworks 18, i was able to do it some time ago but i find it difficult to do it now, messages comes with errors. Am I missing something here or this ability has been disabled? Thank you again

Try exporting to an earlier version of Sketch UP or use a later version of Vectorworks. Vectorworks 2022 imports Sketch UP 2020 files well.

how can i installed 3d warehouse tool in my vector tool palates.

No, but you can import the download files. Just make sure you use a older version like Sketch Up 2020, not the latest.

I quit watching half way through because it's way too fast to capture what you're doing. You also don't explain what commands you're using in order to do whatever it is that you're doing. Very disappointed.
