Punjabi industry is a very unpredictable Industy it is not guaranteed that if you are famous now with your music you will stay at the top of the industry for too long singers like sherry maan, babbal rai, alfaaz, roshan prince etc came stayed at the top of the industry for a while then either became less popular or vanished completely in an industry like this diljit has not only remained consistent and relevant in punjabi industry but has taken himself to Hollywood level with his talent diljit is truly the GOAT

sharry maan ne ta apne gaaneya da standard hi gira ta c, i didnt like too much mention of daaru in most songs. babbal rai and roshan prince ventured into movies and i think they performed well there par jinna success gippy grewal, amrinder gill ya diljit dosanjh di movies nu mileya oh nhi mil paya ehna artists nu. amrinder gill also has a lot of potential to go to bollywood, his voice is also very unique and gaane ta seriously bht sohne rhe hmesha.

That is so true about punjabi music though. Like for e.g. Daru badnaam when it was released no one really knew the song and it never got played on DJ's but after 2 years of its release it got popular and everyone was jamming on it! Which proves how fluctuating the industry could be especially the punjabi industry with their taste of music. Also people mostly nowadays seek only for better musicality rather than chasing the artist only. Now people are aware enough to know which music is really good and which is not great. Diljit has always been working hard in the industry and has always tried his best with the music he has made or the movies he has worked in. Never released the music only for the sake of releasing it but did put his valiant efforts into anything he did and That's what made him what he is today!

It happens in all industries. What about Big Bollywood playback singers? Once they were so famous, and now where they are, we have no idea😂. A big example is Sonu nigam. Once he was so famous his songs were in all Bollywood movies. Now when did you listen his song time in Bollywood movie? So it just belongs to the artist. If you go with the flow. So than you have chances to survive little longer. Otherwise, mostly artists barely survive a maximum of 5 years. Look at Diljit, the reason he is still in industry because every time diljit come with something new. He never repeat his songs. Even his style

Diljit has always been valiant with his efforts. Always worked hard and tried his best at everything he could do. His music from day 1 has been doing justice to punjabi industry in terms of authenticity and cultural heritage. On the other hand where many punjabi singers in their music talk only about alcohol,guns,violence etc. Diljit always did his best to deliver the best music he could make and never released music for the sake of releasing it but did work his ass off to give his best to the audience. Everything from his heart which we can be clearly heard through his music! From the trenches to Hollywood he has truly proved himself through his diligent hardwork! He not only is great in his music but movies, his way of talking, styling etc is everything top notch. His interviews are always a treat to watch, i always learn something from him. He is the real mvp of the scene! My G🐐

This video came at a such a perfect time. I’m seeing Diljit next week in concert and I’m very excited to finally see him perform. I know he’s a good person and a very hardworking person. What he did at the Atlanta concert, he gained even more respect from me. Always have been a Diljit fan and will always be.
